Shai Yarkoni, MD, PhD - CEO
Dr. Yarkoni brings a unique blend of life sciences experience, including medicine and molecular biology, coupled with executive management positions at various biotech start-up companies. Following his practice as an OB-Gyn (Board certified) for 10 years with concomitant founding, and leading the Onco-Genetic Research Unit at the Sapir Medical Center, Kfar Saba, Israel, Dr. Yarkoni held the position of VP R&D at Collgard Biopharmaceuticals. In 2000, he was appointed as CTO, leading the company from pre-clinical through phase II human clinical trials. In 2003, Dr. Yarkoni joined Target-In in the position of CEO. Dr. Yarkoni is involved in a number of international biotech activities, including the Steering Committee of a European Research Consortium and the Advisory Committee of the Israel Export Institute, Healthcare Sector. Dr. Yarkoni holds MD and PhD degrees from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Raymond E. McKee, PhD - Executive Vice President Business Development
Ray McKee, appointed to his current position in May 2007, is based in the US and leads Target-In's corporate business development and US activities. Dr. McKee brings 30 years of experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries where he has held senior management positions both in research and business functional areas and in large and small companies. Prior to joining Target-In, Dr. McKee held Vice President positions in business development and in investor relations with Pharmos Corporation, a US public biopharmaceutical company with operations in Israel and the US. Previous positions included the ISO Health Care Group where he was responsible for assessing technology trends in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, Innovir Laboratories, a genomics company, the Genesis Group, a biotech industry consulting and publishing company, Lifecodes, a division of Quantum Chemical Corp., Allied Instrumentation Laboratories, an arm of Allied Chemical Corp. (later AlliedSignal and now Honeywell), and Abbott Laboratories. Dr. McKee completed a post doctoral assignment at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Purdue University, and a B.A. in Chemistry from Susquehanna University.

Amotz Nechushtan, PhD, VP R&D
Dr. Nechushtan joined Target-In in October 2007. Prior, he served as Vice President, R&D at Pharmaseed, a company offering expert preclinical development and consulting services. Earlier in his career, Dr. Nechushtan managed the R&D division at QuantomiX which provides innovative technology solutions for medical, industrial and research applications. Dr. Nechushtan holds B.Sc., M.Sc. and PhD degrees in Biology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Further, he completed a five-year postdoctoral fellowship at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke of the National Institute of Health (NIH), Bethesda, Maryland.

Marlene Booth, M.Sc. – Regulatory Affairs
Marlene Booth serves as an independent contractor for the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, specializing in regulatory affairs and project management. With over 20 years of industry experience in biologics and drugs, Ms. Booth has dedicated her career to regulatory affairs, project management, and management of quality assurance, quality control testing, and clinical R&D functions. She has held senior management positions at Infinity Pharmaceuticals, AltaRex, ProScript (currently Millenium Pharmaceuticals), BioPure, Serono Laboratories (EMD Serono), Adria Laboratories (Pfizer), Novo Laboratories (Novo Nordisk), and Connaught Laboratories (Sanofi Aventis), and has served on DHSS and NIAID review panels. Ms. Booth holds a M.Sc. in Biophysics from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
