Avigdor Levanon, PhD - Chairman of the Board
Dr. Levanon joined Target-In in January 2006 as consultant and director, and since 2007, he has held the position of Chairman of the Board. Dr. Levanon brings over 30 years of experience in biotechnology, and is one of the leading Israeli experts in the development of biopharmaceuticals with noted contributions in research, development and approval of the recombinant human growth hormone (Bio-TropinTM) by the FDA. From 1991-2001, Dr. Levanon headed a global alliance team responsible for the assessment (scientific, intellectual property, marketing and sales) of potential projects/technologies for collaboration, licensing-in and equity investment for various start-up companies. Prior, Dr. Levanon was employed by Bio-Technology General (Israel) Ltd. (BTG), and Savient Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: SVNT) where he held several senior management positions, including Vice-President Research (1999-2005). Since May 2005, Dr. Levanon has managed a privately-owned consulting firm providing services to Teva Pharmaceuticals, BiondVax Pharmaceuticals, Ferring AG/Bio-Technology General, Crucell (Denmark), InSight Pharmaceuticals and StePac. Dr. Levanon holds a M.Sc. in Microbiology from Tel Aviv University and a PhD from the Tel Aviv University Medical School.

Haya Lorberboum-Galski, PhD, Chief Scientist / Board Member
Dr. Lorberboum-Galski founded Target-In in 2002 as part of a joint project with the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and to date, serves as the Company's Chief Scientist. Dr. Lorberboum-Galski is a Professor of Biochemistry at the Department of Cellular Biochemistry and Human Genetics, Faculty of Medicine, at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where she has held the position of Department Head since 1997. After receiving her PhD in Biochemistry from the Hebrew University, Dr. Lorberboum-Galski became a postdoctoral fellow at the Laboratory of Molecular Biology, NCI, National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, Maryland, under the supervision of Dr. Ira Pastan. Her research interest lies in the fields of developing reagents for targeted human therapy (chimeric proteins), cancer, immune responses and mechanisms of apoptosis. She has published over 50 publications in peer-reviewed journals in these fields, coupled with review articles, and has edited a book on chimeric proteins. Dr. Lorberboum-Galski serves as an ad-hoc referee for peer-reviewed journals, and is active on several Israeli national scientific committees, including the constant committee for Regional R&D Centers at the Ministry of Science, Culture & Sport (representative of the Hebrew University), and a member of the cancer section for grants at the Chief Scientist, Israeli Ministry of Health.

Yoram Yahav, MBA - Board Member
Yoram Yahav is the CEO of TIM (Technion Institute of Management). In his position as the senior advisor to the Israel Minister of Industry and Trade, he helped found the US-Israel High Tech Commission. Mr. Yahav's area of expertise is in international marketing and strategy, and he has held several executive management positions at Fortune 500 companies in the US. Mr. Yahav holds an MBA degree from the University of California and has worked and lectured in more than fifty countries around the globe.

Mr. Ayal was employed by Kesselman & Kesselman (PWC), a leading accounting firm. Mr. Ayal acts as a financial consultant to Israel government authorities, is a member of the International Chamber of Commerce management, and serves on the boards of Barkan Winery and Hadas Ltd. Further, Mr. Ayal is a capital market commentator on Israeli television, a reviewer/analyst in local financial and economic press, and a resident lecturer on capital market studies at Bar Ilan University and Ramat Gan College. Mr. Ayal holds a BA in Accounting and in Economics from Tel Aviv University, an investment management license from the Israel Securities Authority, and is a licensed CPA (Israel).
